How can I track my order?
You can easily track your order by clicking the "Track Order" option on our homepage. Enter the Tracking ID that we send you via WhatsApp or email to view the latest delivery status.
How much do I pay for shipping?
We offer FREE shipping on orders above Rs. 3499. For orders below Rs. 3499, a standard delivery fee of Rs. 250 will be charged.
Where are you located?
Our head office and customer support team are based in Faisalabad, Pakistan. We currently have two physical branches in Faisalabad and proudly deliver our products all across Pakistan.
We currently do not operate any physical branches in other cities.
Are your perfumes and fragrance oils original?
Yes. We source high-quality fragrance oils from France, Germany, and Türkiye. We are committed to providing our customers with authentic, premium-quality fragrances and ensuring that every customer receives the highest quality products.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes. We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan for your convenience.

Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes. If your order has not yet been dispatched, please contact us immediately via WhatsApp or phone. We will do our best to modify or cancel your order as quickly as possible.
I have an issue with my order. What should I do?
If you receive the wrong product, a damaged item, or experience any other issue with your order, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will resolve your issue as quickly as possible.
How do I use a discount code?
Simply enter your discount code in the Discount Code field during checkout and click Apply. Your discount will be applied before payment, allowing you to review your savings before completing your purchase.
Can I send an order as a gift?
Yes, absolutely! You can send any order as a gift through Zam Zam Perfumes.
Simply place your order on our website and then contact us via WhatsApp at +92 301 3939577. Please send us your Order Number and transfer the payment to the bank account provided by our customer support representative. Once your payment is confirmed, we will carefully pack your gift and deliver it to the shipping address provided with your order.
Why can't I add an item to my shopping cart?
If you are unable to add an item to your cart, it may be temporarily out of stock or unavailable. If the issue continues, please contact our customer support team for assistance.
How and when do you ship my order?
We aim to dispatch all confirmed orders within 12 to 24 hours. Orders are shipped through Leopards Courier Service or other trusted courier partners, depending on your location.
How should I store my perfume?
To maintain the quality and longevity of your perfume or fragrance oil, store it at room temperature, away from direct sunlight, excessive heat, and humidity. Proper storage helps preserve the fragrance for a longer period.
How long do your perfumes last?
This is one of the questions we are asked most frequently.
Under normal conditions, our perfumes and fragrance oils typically last 10 to 12 hours. However, longevity depends on several factors, including your body chemistry, environment, and daily routine.
If you work outdoors, spend long hours in direct sunlight, ride a motorcycle frequently, or perspire heavily, the fragrance may not last as long. The performance of any fragrance is influenced by the conditions in which it is worn.
Are your fragrance oils alcohol-free?
Yes. All of our fragrance oils are 100% alcohol-free.
Is my personal information secure?
Yes. We value your privacy and take appropriate measures to protect your personal information. Your information is used only for order processing, customer support, and related services. We never sell or misuse your personal data.
Do you offer international shipping?
At the moment, we deliver only within Pakistan. However, we are actively planning to introduce international shipping in the near future.
