At Zam Zam Perfumes, customer satisfaction is important to us. If You wish to exchange or return a product, the following terms and conditions will apply.
Exchange Policy

1. Exchange Period

You may request an exchange within 4 days from the date You receive Your order, including the delivery date.
Example: If Your order is delivered on the 10th of the month, You may request an exchange until the 14th. Exchange requests received after this period will not be accepted.

2. How to Request an Exchange

To request an exchange, please contact Our Customer Support via WhatsApp during business hours.
Please provide:
Your Order Number
Product Name
Reason for Exchange
Clear photographs of the product
Our representative will guide You through the exchange process.

3. Product Condition

A product will only be eligible for exchange if
It is returned in its original condition.
The original packaging is intact.
No more than 3ML of the product has been used.

4. Quality Inspection

Once We receive the returned product, Our Quality Control Team will inspect it.
If the product meets Our exchange requirements, We will send a replacement product.
If the product does not meet the required conditions, it will be returned to You along with the Quality Control report.

5. Shipping Charges

The customer is responsible for all courier charges related to the exchange unless the product received was incorrect or damaged due to Our error.

6. Shipping Responsibility

The customer must securely pack the product and send it through a reliable courier service.
Zam Zam Perfumes is not responsible for any loss or damage that occurs while the product is being returned to Us.

Return Policy

1. Return Period

You may request a return within 4 days from the delivery date, including the day You receive the product.
Example: If Your order is delivered on the 10th of the month, You may request an return until the 14th. Return requests received after this period will not be accepted.

2. How to Request a Return

To request a return, please contact Our Customer Support via WhatsApp.
Please provide:
Your Order Number
Product Name
Reason for Return
Clear photographs of the product

3. Inspection Process

After receiving the returned product, Our Quality Control Team will inspect it within 1–2 business days.
Once the inspection is completed, Our Customer Support team will contact You regarding the outcome.

4. Refund Policy

If the returned product meets Our return requirements:
All applicable courier charges will be deducted.
For orders that originally qualified for Free Shipping, a shipping fee of PKR 250 may also be deducted.
The remaining amount will be refunded within 24 hours via JazzCash or bank transfer.

5. Return Conditions

A product is eligible for return only if:
It is in its original condition.
The original packaging is intact.
No more than 5 ml of the product has been used.
Products that have been excessively used, damaged, or altered are not eligible for return.

6. Return Shipping Responsibility

Customers are responsible for securely packaging the product and sending it through a reliable courier service.
Zam Zam Perfumes will not be responsible for products that are lost or damaged while being returned.

Important Notice

All exchange and return requests are subject to approval by Our Quality Control Team.
Zam Zam Perfumes reserves the right to refuse any exchange or return request that does not meet the conditions stated in this policy.
We reserve the right to modify, update, or replace this Return & Exchange Policy at any time without prior notice.
