1. Products

We strive to provide premium-quality perfume oils and fragrance products at fair prices.
While we make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, sizes, weights, and fragrance notes are accurate, minor differences may occur.
Please note:
Product images are for illustration purposes only.
Bottle designs, packaging, dimensions, and weights may vary slightly.
Fragrance performance, projection, and longevity vary depending on skin chemistry, weather conditions, storage, and individual perception.
We cannot guarantee that any fragrance will smell exactly the same as another branded perfume.

2. Product Availability

Although we make every effort to keep all products in stock, availability is not guaranteed.
If a product becomes unavailable after your order has been placed, we may:
Contact you with an estimated restocking time;
Offer a similar alternative product; or
Refund the unavailable item.

3. Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
Prices may change without prior notice.
In the event of a pricing error caused by technical or human mistakes, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse the order before dispatch.

4. Orders

By placing an order, you confirm that:
All information provided is complete and accurate.
Your delivery address and phone number are correct.
You are authorized to place the order.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order if fraudulent activity, incorrect information, pricing errors, or stock issues are detected.
Ownership of the products remains with Zam Zam Perfumes until full payment has been received.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We currently deliver only within Pakistan.
Orders are delivered to residential, commercial, or business addresses.
We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by weather conditions, courier delays, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

6. Parcel Inspection

Customers should inspect the courier package before accepting delivery.
If the parcel appears opened, damaged, leaking, or tampered with, please refuse delivery immediately and contact our customer support.

7. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
Products that have been opened or used may not qualify for return unless received damaged or incorrect.

8. User Accounts

Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

9. Intellectual Property
